What are the office/store hours?

Off season 10:30am-4:30pm Fri-Sun November-Mid May

Peak Season 9am-5pm daily Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

I made a reservation online, how do I modify it?

Please call the office at 503-621-3970 or respond to your confirmation email.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 3.5% cancellation fee on all cancellations.

If you cancel or modify 7 days prior to arrival date, the site charges are refundable, minus the online booking if applicable. If not cancelled 7 days pre-arrival it becomes non-refundable. We require full payment at the time of booking.

We do not refund guests for early departure.

Do you have monthly or weekly rates?

No, we offer nightly rates only.

Do I need a Sauvie Island Wildlife Parking Permit at your RV Park? No, those are for the public beaches and state wildlife areas located on the island.

Do you offer long term stays?

No. We have a 90 day stay.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are allowed on leash only.

Do you have firepits?

Yes, we have shared fire pits overlooking the pull through river view sites, as well as portable fire pits.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, but you may not change your permanent mailing address to our address.

Can your RV sites accommodate large rigs?

Yes, most all of our sites are large enough for 40ft rigs. Please note, the majority of our sites are 30 AMP service. We have one 50 amp site available.
