What time is check in/out?

Check-In is anytime after 1pm

Checkout is 12pm.

Please call for early arrival & late check out availability. We would be happy to accommodate you if we are able.

What are the office/store hours?

We are open 10am-4pm daily November-April

and 9am-5pm daily May-October.

I made a reservation online, how do I modify it?

Please call the office at 503-621-3970.

What is your cancellation policy?

Online Bookings: If you cancel or modify 7 days prior to arrival date, the site charges are refundable, minus the online booking fees.

Telephone Reservations: If you cancel or modify 7 days prior to your arrival date, the amount you've paid towards your stay will be refunded.

Upon check-in any outstanding balances (if any) will be paid and will be Non-Refundable. We do not refund guests for early departure.

Do you have monthly or weekly rates?

No, we offer nightly rates only.

Do I need a Sauvie Island Wildlife Parking Permit at your RV Park? No, those are for the public beaches and state wildlife areas located on the island.

Do you offer long term stays?

No. We have a 90 day stay.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes, dogs are allowed on leash only.

Do you have firepits?

Yes, we have shared fire pits overlooking the pull through river view sites, as well as portable fire pits.

Can I receive mail or packages?

Yes, but you may not change your permanent mailing address to our address.

Can your RV sites accommodate large rigs?

Yes, most all of our sites are large enough for 40ft rigs. Please note, we only offer 30 AMP service.
